From 2010 to 2015, TEF’s past rogrammes focused on direct interventions like scholarships and fellowships to support future leaders.
The alumni network comprises all Tony Elumelu Entrepreneurs, following the successful completion of the 12-week training programme. The online and offline network promotes sector-based and geography-based communities, collaboration across Africa as well as a healthy competition.
The rest of the world has begun to pay attention – not just to the idea of entrepreneurship as a driver for development – but they’ve begun to acknowledge our entrepreneurship programme as a replicable model for addressing the world’s social and economic issues in a direct and sustainable way.
We are focused on promoting the positive role of entrepreneurship in driving Africa’s social and economic development. In doing so, we hope to accelerate the spread of economic prosperity and social progress throughout Africa, strengthening the African entrepreneurial ecosystem.
