Efe Odeleye executes the foundation’s initiatives in the Leadership Development portfolio. She has experience as a consultant with education institutions and NGOs, including the United States Department of Education’s Race to the Top Initiative and Communities in Schools of Philadelphia. Mrs. Odeleye has also worked for and served with Teach For America. She holds a Master’s degree in Government Administration from the University of Pennsylvania’s Fels Institute of Government and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism & Media Studies from Rutgers University.
