Blair-Elumelu Fellowship Programme, Liberia

We are currently seeking to recruit a Blair-Elumelu Fellow to work with Liberia’s National Investment Commission (NIC) to strengthen its ability to attract investment in strategic areas, to carry out due diligence on potential investors, to implement reforms to the national business climate, and to develop the private sector. The role is to provide capacity development support to the NIC’s leadership and support its liaison with other stakeholders inside and outside the Government of Liberia, as well as to develop the skills and capability of the more junior NIC staff – the Fellow will not provide direct advice to the Government on commercial transactions.
