<p>Founder of the Tony Elumelu Foundation, Tony Elumelu, today joined&nbsp;the President of the Republic of Estonia, Kersti Kaijulaid, during an opening discussion at the online cross-continental hackathon, themed‘&#8217;EU Africa the Post Crisis Journey&#8217;.</p>
