We know technology is transforming our world \u2013 we know that the transformation is getting ever faster.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Where is Africa? In the conversation or left outside?<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Young Africans are digitally native, entrepreneurial, and hungry to build. What we need are more opportunities for partnership, more belief in our potential, and platforms to amplify our voices. Africa has led in digital banking, in payments, our value chains can be transformed. We know that many of the minerals that are techs\u2019 foundation are found in Africa. But is Africa getting the benefit? Africa needs to capture the moment \u2013 ensure we have digital sovereignty \u2013 that African priorities are understood and met.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Last night, I joined global tech leaders at an exclusive dinner at the \u00c9lys\u00e9e Palace in Paris, with President Macron<\/a>. I wanted to ensure there was an African voice at the table.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n

I had enriching conversations global tech CEOs, including Jensen Huang, CEO of NVIDIA, about how innovation can and must be used to solve humanity\u2019s most pressing challenges, including those facing Africa.<\/p>\r\n

At \u0648\u0631\u062b\u0629 \u0627\u0644\u0642\u0627\u0628\u0636\u0629<\/a>, we are deeply invested in Africa\u2019s digital transformation. Africa needs to win this battle. We are building and backing African tech champions like Heirs Technologies and Redtech, that are not only serving African markets but are also capable of competing globally.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

For me, last night was about reinforcing the message that Africa is ready and our time is now. Our young population is digitally native, entrepreneurial, and hungry to build. What we need are improved infrastructure, more opportunities for partnership, more belief in our potential, and platforms to amplify our voices.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Tech knows no borders. Innovation thrives where talent meets investment. And Africa, with the right support, should be the next frontier of global tech growth.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
