Elumelu CON,\u00a0Founder of the Tony Elumelu Foundation\u00a0joined Jim Yong Kim, President, World Bank Group and Jeff Weiner, LinkedIn CEO at the opening debate of the \u2018Digital Economy for Africa\u2019 Forum in Washington, D.C organised by the World Bank Group.<\/p>\n<p>Tony Elumelu revealed that Africa\u2019s youth\u00a0population, 60% of which are under the age of 30, is a\u00a0strong but underutilised intellectual platform that could facilitate the achievement of a vibrant digital economy in Africa.
