										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Cofundador e sócio-gerente da SouthBridge, Lionel Zinsou é ex-primeiro-ministro da República do Benin (2015-2016).</p>



<p>Anteriormente, foi Diretor Executivo da Danone, onde ocupou diversos cargos, General Partner da Rothschild &amp; Cie e Presidente da PAI Partners, um dos principais fundos de private equity da Europa.</p>



<p>Sua carreira profissional começou como acadêmico antes de ingressar no cargo de Ministro da Indústria (1980 – 1984) e Primeiro Ministro (1983 – 1986), Laurent Fabius.</p>



<p>O Sr. Zinsou é atualmente membro do Conselho de diversas instituições e empresas, incluindo Terra Nova (presidente), Danone, PAI Partners e Attijariwafa Bank.</p>



<p>Ele estudou na Ecole Normale Superieure e também nas universidades Paris IV e Paris VII (história da economia).
