Kasarachi holds academic degrees in Mass Communication (B.A; University of Nigeria, Nsukka – First Class); Communication Studies (M.A; University of Port Harcourt – Distinction) and Public Policy Analysis and Political Communication (PhD; University of Port Harcourt).

Kasarachi Innocent  is a peculiar preacher of the gospel, a trained communicator, broadcaster, teacher, and motivational speaker, made by grace. He is producer-presenter of StandingTall on Radio, a motivational programme which airs on Family Love, 97.7 FM, Port Harcourt, Wednesdays, 8.15 am. He speaks at churches, schools, and skills empowerment seminars. He has mentored and continues to mentor countless youths.

Kasarachi is the founder and CEO, StandingTall Foundation (which caters to the academic needs of the challenged and less-privileged students and maintains outreaches to Nigerian prisons) and StandingTall Books (a publishing outfit that also organises creative writing and public-speaking seminars for budding writers and speakers). He is also an editorial consultant to several publishing outfits, churches and youth magazines.
