TUMBU provides ‘Madagascar-adapted’ trainings to a range of sectors starting with hospitality. We are responding to a lack of high trained hospitality workers in Madagascar, and to a mismatch between the realities on the ground and the supply of existing training. We have noticed that other countries of the French speaking Africa have the same issues. We offer tailor-made classroom, online and on-demand trainings adapted to Madagascar’s context. Since 2018, Tumbu have trained over 3,000 people, 120 companies, and our programs are highly appreciated by future professionals of the hospitality and event sectors. We aim to reach 10,000 people by 2024.
