With the Seed capital from Tony Elumelu we have managed to finance our operational activities including overheads and allowances for staff. This has helped us to fully launch our operations and keep going when sales were still low. We also secured an operations vehicle for our installations team to enable them to be more effective in delivering services to our clients. The Tony Elumelu Foundation’s Startup Enterprise Toolkit helped me to take a more structured approach to handling business operations, including having useful business plans. This is helping us as a business achieve more in less time as we are now more focused on what needs to be done. We are also using the toolkit as a guide for all key documents and processes we need to follow in-order to be a fully professional business. This is crucial for us as we aim to be attracting further investment.
