TEF CEO, Ifeyinwa Ugochukwu, at the AU-EU Youth MeetUp: “Women make up 70-80% of the workforce but receive 10% of the gross income. Young people have the power to change these systems”
Earlier today, TEF CEO, Ifeyinwa Ugochukwu joined business leaders to speak at the AU-EU Youth MeetUp. She emphasised the need for gender inclusion and youth development to power sustainable development across the African continent.

She spoke alongside Peter Versterbacka, Father of Angry Birds and Initiator of Ambitious Africa Initiative, Alima Bawah, Co-Founder of Cowtribe, Jaqueline Novogratz, Acumen Founder, and Esther Dassanou, Leader of Affirmative Finance Action for Women in Africa (AFAWA), an initiative of the African Development Bank.
